Future plans
The future plans of Upazila Social Service Office, Kathalia, Jhalkathi are as follows:

1) Selection of beneficiaries of all old age allowances by October/ 2022 against allotment;

2) Selection of beneficiaries of all widows and widowed destitute women's allowance within the month of October/ 2022 against the allotment;

3) Selection of beneficiaries of all Indigent Disability Allowance by October/2022 against allotment; And
4) Selection of students for all Disability Education Scholarships within the month of October/2022 against allotment.

5) Disbursement of money allocated for poverty alleviation programs in a timely manner and proper management of these programs
6. In order to achieve the sustainable development goal within the stipulated time, the coverage of the social safety net is increased by 10% every year, the benefits of interest-free small loans are properly reached at the threshold of the target population and the government raises the country from a middle-income country to a developed country in a set period of time through poverty alleviation.
